Example: the sites will almost always re-direct your request for 26 CFR to the IRS site and show you the IRC Book 68A contents, and present them as Statute Law, which they are not. The Internal Revenue Code is a Municipal Ordinance for the District of Columbia. The USC and CFR's use Legal terms, which have a different meaning from common language. The same thing applies to using data from the LII Legal Information Institute Publications site; many of the publications are false and misleading, use terms defined elsewhere, which are not in conformance with common use language to get a person to presume they say what they do not, and are published specifically for the IRS as disinformation. Their chart for US Code Sections, shows Internal Revenue Code on the list for Title 26, which is incorrect, Title 26 is 26 CFR, there is no 26 USC. Cornell University gets billions from the IRS for this disinformation.
The District Court of the United States ( DCUS ) is a different Court from the United States District Court ( USDC ). USDC has no authority within the 50 States, or over any Sovereign citizen of the 50 States of the United States of America. There are now no Article III U.S. Courts except the Supreme Court, and all USDC Courts and the Supreme Court are part of the Administration, enforcing illegally " public policy " instead of the Constitution for the United States of America, which is their only authority to exist. In 1939 the Supreme Court canned the United States of America ( Republic ) constitution, and decided that all U.S. Courts would enforce " Public Policy " as determined by International Merchant Business ( Private ) Law to enforce the agreements of THE UNITED STATES Corporation, which is owned by the CROWN, City of London. There is no American Constitution anymore, they use a different one, written for the " United States " kingdom, headquartered in the District of Columbia. They had no American Republic constitutional Authority to do this, and no regular people ( just crooked lawyers )outside of government know the truth. That is why all Laws passed by Congress except Ammendments to the original organic Constitution approved by the States apply only to those residents and citizens domiciled in the District of Columbia, Federal army posts, and the offshore Territories and Posessions, who are US Government employees.
In Federal Laws, rules, and publications; "United States" means the District of Columbia. Citizens living within the 50 States are " National Citizens", not U.S. Citizens. US Citizens means subject to all the laws, rules, and edicts of the Federal " United States ", a seperate entity.
