This=20 document clearly describes

the=20 dogmatic & authoritarian mentality

of=20 the elite world government hierarchy.

"I=20 included in The Robots' Rebellion an extract from a = document=20 found, apparently by accident, in 1986 called Silent Weapons = For A=20 Quiet War. Another version is reported to have been in the = hands of=20 US Naval Intelligence in 1969. It is a wonderful explanation = of the=20 technique of mass brainwashing. The version I have was found = inside=20 an IBM photocopier bought at a second hand sale in America = and it=20 describes a policy of mass mind control. This lengthy and = detailed=20 document was dated 1979, but it outlines a policy that has = been=20 implemented since the 1950s. The document says that: "The = quiet war=20 was... declared by the international elite at a meeting held = in=20 1954". The Bilderberg Group first met in 1954. It is likely = that the=20 methods laid out in the document will be inspired by the = Tavistock=20 Institute of Human Relations in London and its = interconnecting=20 offshoots. Here is a flavour of the content:

"Experience has proven that the simplest method of = securing=20 a silent weapon and gaining control of the public is to keep = them=20 undisciplined and ignorant of basic systems principles on = the one=20 hand, while keeping them confused, disorganised, and = distracted with=20 matters if no real importance on the other = hand.

This is achieved by:

1.=20 disengaging their minds; sabotaging their mental activities; = providing a low-quality programme of public education in=20 mathematics, system design and economics, and discouraging = technical=20 creativity.

2.=20 engaging their emotions, increasing their self indulgence = and their=20 indulgence in emotional and physical activities = by:

a)=20 unrelenting emotional affrontations and attacks (mental and=20 emotional rape) by the way of a constant barrage of sex, = violence,=20 and wars in the media - especially the TV and the=20 newspapers.

b)=20 giving them what they desire - in excess - "junk food for = thought" -=20 and depriving them of what they really need.

c)=20 rewriting history and law and subjecting the public to the = deviant=20 creation, thus being able to shift their thinking from = personal=20 needs to highly fabricated outside = priorities.

These=20 preclude their interest in, and discovery of, the silent = weapons of=20 social automation technology. The general rule is that there = is=20 profit in confusion; the more confusion, the more profit. = Therefore=20 the best approach is to create problems and then offer=20 solutions.

In=20 summary:

Media: Keep the adult public attention = diverted away=20 from the real social issues, and captivated by matters of no = real=20 importance.

Schools: Keep the young public ignorant of = real=20 mathematics, real economics, real law, and real=20 history.

Entertainment: Keep the public = entertainment below a=20 sixth grade level.

Work: Keep the public busy, busy, busy, = with no time=20 to think; back on the farm with the other = animals."

THE=20 SILENT WEAPONS DOCUMENT DESCRIBES

THE=20 REMOTE MICROWAVE MIND CONTROL

TECHNIQUE BRILLIANTLY

IT=20 SAYS OF THE QUIET WAR:

"It=20 shoots situations, instead of bullets; propelled by data = processing,=20 instead of grains of gunpowder; from a computer, instead of = a gun;=20 operated by a computer programmer, instead of a marksman; = under the=20 orders of a banking magnate, instead of a military general. = It makes=20 no obvious noises, causes no obvious physical injuries, and = does not=20 obviously interfere with anyone's daily social = life.

"Yet=20 it makes an unmistakable 'noise', causes unmistakable = physical and=20 mental damage, and unmistakably interferes with daily social = life,=20 i.e., unmistakable to a trained observer, one who knows what = to look=20 for. The public cannot comprehend the weapon, and therefor = cannot=20 believe they are being attacked and subdued by a=20 weapon.

"The=20 public might instinctively feel that something is wrong, but = because=20 of the technical nature of the silent weapon, they cannot = express=20 their feeling in a rational way, or handle the problem with=20 intelligence. Therefore, they do not know how to cry for = help, and=20 do not know how to associate with others to defend = themselves=20 against it.

"When=20 a silent weapon is applied gradually, the public = adjusts/adapts to=20 its presence and learns to tolerate its encroachment on = their lives=20 until the pressure (psychological via economic) becomes too = great=20 and they crack up. Therefore the silent weapon is a type of=20 biological warfare. It attacks the vitality, options, and = mobility=20 of the individuals of a society by knowing, understanding,=20 manipulating, and attacking their sources of natural and = social=20 energy, and their physical, mental, and emotional strengths = and=20 weaknesses."

In other=20 words, divide and rule, and introduce you global = dictatorship via=20 the stepping-stones approach and few realise what is really = going on=20 until it is too late. In fact, many will even laugh at or = condemn=20 those who point out what is happening. Well the readers of = this=20 book, and many others like it, do know what is really going = on. And=20 if we are truly commited to a better world and to freedom of = thought=20 and expression, the information is impossible to ignore. The = work we=20 all have to do to break the hold the programmers have on so = many=20 human minds is considerable, but it is perfectly achievable = - and=20 will be achieved - if we are prepared to get involved. There = is=20 nothing more powerful than a human mind determined to think = and act=20 for itself. Such phenomenon is a manipulator's nightmare = and, like=20 everyone on the planet, you have that power.

You only=20 have to use it."

WELCOME ABOARD
This = publication=20 marks the 25th anniversary of the Third World War, called = the "Quiet=20 War," being conducted using subjective biological warfare, = fought=20 with "silent weapons."

This book contains an = introductory=20 description of this war, its strategies, and its=20 weaponry.

May 1979 = #74-1120

SECURITY

It is patently impossible = to discuss=20 social engineering or the automation of a society, i.e., the = engineering of social automation systems (silent weapons) on = a=20 national or worldwide scale without implying extensive = objectives of=20 social control and destruction of human life, i .e., slavery = and=20 genocide.

This manual is in itself an = analog=20 declaration of intent. Such a writing must be secured from = public=20 scrutiny. Otherwise, it might be recognized as a technically = formal=20 declaration of domestic war. Furthermore, whenever any = person or=20 group of persons in a position of great power, and without = the full=20 knowledge and consent of the public, uses such knowledge and = methodology for economic conquest -- it must be understood = that a=20 state of domestic warfare exists between said person or = group of=20 persons and the public.

The solution of today's = problems=20 requires an approach which is ruthlessly candid, with no = agonizing=20 over religious, moral, or cultural values.

You have qualified for this = project=20 because of your ability to look at human society with cold=20 objectivity, and yet analyze and discuss your observations = and=20 conclusions with others of similar intellectual capacity = without a=20 loss of discretion or humility. Such virtues are exercised = in your=20 own best interest. Do not deviate from them.

HISTORICAL INTRODUCTION

Silent weapon technology = has evolved=20 from Operations Research (O.R.), a strategic and tactical=20 methodology developed under the military management in = England=20 during World War II. The original purpose of Operations = Research was=20 to study the strategic and tactical problems of air and land = defense=20 with the objective of effective use of limited military = resources=20 against foreign enemies (i.e., logistics).

It was soon recognized by = those in=20 positions of power that the same methods might be useful for = totally=20 controlling a society. But better tools were = necessary.

Social engineering (the = analysis and=20 automation of a society) requires the correlation of great = amounts=20 of constantly changing economic information (data), so a = high speed=20 computerized data processing system was necessary which = could race=20 ahead of the society and predict when society would arrive = for=20 capitulation.

Relay computers were too = slow, but the=20 electronic computer, invented in 1946 by J. Presper Eckert = and John=20 W. Mauchly filled the bill.

The next breakthrough was = the=20 development of the simplex method of linear programming in = 1947 by=20 the mathematician, George B. Dantzig.

Then, in 1948, the = transistor, invented=20 by J. Bardeen, W. H. Brattain, and W. Shockley, promised = great=20 expansion of the computer field by reducing space and power=20 requirements.

With these three inventions = under their=20 direction, those in positions of power strongly suspected = that it=20 was possible for them to control the whole world with the = push of a=20 button.

Immediately, the = Rockefeller Foundation=20 got in on the ground floor by making a four year grant to = Harvard=20 College, funding the Harvard economic research project for = the study=20 of the structure of the American economy. One year later, in = 1949,=20 the United States Air Force joined in.

In 1952 the original great = period=20 terminated, and a high level meeting of the elite was held = to=20 determine the next phase of social operations research. The = Harvard=20 project had been very fruitful as is borne out by the = publication of=20 some of its results in 1953 suggesting the feasibility of = economic=20 (social) engineering. (Studies in the Structure of the = American=20 Economy -- copyright 1953 by Wassily Leontief, International = Sciences Press Inc., White Plains, New York.)

Engineered in the last half = decade of=20 the 1940's, the new Quiet War machine stood, so to-speak, in = sparkling gold plated hardware on the showroom floor by=20 1954.

With the creation of the = Maser in 1954,=20 the promise of unlocking unlimited sources of fusion atomic = energy=20 from the heavy hydrogen in sea water and the consequent = availability=20 of unlimited social power became a possibility only decades=20 away.

The combination was=20 irresistible.

The Quiet War was quietly = declared by=20 the international elite at a meeting held in = 1954.

Although the silent weapons = system was=20 nearly exposed 13 years later, the evolution of the new = weapon=20 system has never suffered any major setbacks.

This volume marks the 25th = anniversary=20 of the beginning of the Quiet War. Already this domestic war = has had=20 many victories on many fronts throughout the = world.

POLITICAL INTRODUCTION

In 1954 it was well = recognized by those=20 in positions of authority that it was only a matter of time, = only a=20 few decades, before the general public would be able to = grasp and=20 upset the cradle of power, for the very elements of the new = silent=20 weapon technology were as accessible for a public utopia as = they=20 were for providing a private utopia.

The issue of primary = concern that of=20 dominance, revolved around the subject of the energy=20 sciences.

ENERGY

Energy is recognized as the = key to all=20 activity on earth. Natural science is the study of the = sources and=20 control of natural energy, and social science, theoretically = expressed as economics, is the study of the sources and = control of=20 social energy. Both are bookkeeping systems; mathematics. = Therefore,=20 mathematics is the primary energy science. And the = bookkeeper can be=20 king if the public can be kept ignorant of the methodology = of the=20 bookkeeping.

All science is merely a = means to an=20 end. The means is knowledge. The end is control. Beyond this = remains=20 only one issue, "who will be the beneficiary?".

In 1954 this was the issue = of primary=20 concern. Although the so-called "moral Issues" were raised, = in view=20 of the law of natural selection it was agreed that a nation = or world=20 of people who will not use their intelligence are no better = than=20 animals who do not have intelligence. Such a people are = beasts of=20 burden and steaks on the table by choice and = consent.

CONSEQUENTLY, in the = interest of future=20 world order, peace, and tranquility, it was decided to = privately=20 wage a quiet war against the American public with an = ultimate=20 objective of permanently shifting the natural and social = energy=20 (wealth) of the undisciplined and irresponsible many into = the hands=20 of the self-disciplined, responsible, and worthy = few.

In order to implement this = objective,=20 it was necessary to create, secure, and apply new weapons = which, as=20 it turned out, were a class of weapons so subtle and = sophisticated=20 in their principle of operation and public appearance as to = earn for=20 themselves the name 'silent weapons'.

In conclusion, the = objective of=20 economic research, as conducted by the magnates of capital = (banking)=20 and the industries of commodities (goods) and services, is = the=20 establishment of an economy which is totally predictable and = manipulatable.

In order to achieve a = totally=20 predictable economy, the low class elements of the society = must be=20 brought under total control, i.e., must be house-broken, = trained,=20 and assigned a yoke and long term social duties from a very = early=20 age, before they have an opportunity to question the = propriety of=20 the matter. In order to achieve such conformity, the lower = class=20 family unit must be disintegrated by a process of increasing = preoccupation of the parents and the establishment of = government=20 operated day care centers for the occupationally orphaned=20 children.

The quality of education = given to the=20 lower class must be of the poorest sort, so that the meat of = ignorance isolating the the inferior class from the superior = class=20 is and remains incomprehensible to the inferior class. With = such an=20 initial handicap, even bright lower class individuals have = little if=20 any hope of extricating themselves from their assigned lot = in life.=20 This form of slavery is essential to maintaining some = measure of=20 social order, peace, and tranquility for the ruling upper=20 class.

DESCRIPTIVE INTRODUCTION OF THE SILENT = WEAPON

Everything that is expected = from an=20 ordinary weapon is expected from a silent weapon by its = creators,=20 but only in it its own manner of functioning.

It shoots situations, = instead of=20 bullets; propelled by data processing, instead of chemical = reaction=20 (explosion); originating from bits of data, instead of = grains of=20 gunpowder; from a computer, instead of a gun; operated by a = computer=20 programmer, instead of marksman; under the orders of a = banking=20 magnate, instead of a military general.

It makes no obvious = explosive noises,=20 causes no obvious physical or mental injuries, and does not=20 obviously interfere with anyone's daily social = life.

Yet it makes an = unmistakable 'noise',=20 causes unmistakable physical and mental damage, and = unmistakably=20 interferes with daily social life, i.e., unmistakable to a = trained=20 observer, one who knows what to look for.

The public cannot = comprehend this=20 weapon, and therefore cannot believe that they are being = attached=20 and subdued by a weapon.

The public might = instinctively feel=20 that something is wrong, but because of the technical nature = of the=20 silent weapon, they cannot express their feeling in a = rational way,=20 or handle the problem with intelligence. Therefore, they do = not know=20 how to cry for help, and do not know how to associate with = others to=20 defend themselves against it.

When a silent weapon is = applied=20 gradually to the public, the public adjusts/adapts to its = presence=20 and learns to tolerate its encroachment on their lives until = the=20 pressure (psychological via economic) becomes too great and = they=20 crack up.

Therefore, the silent = weapon is a type=20 of biological war fare. It attacks the vitality, options, = and=20 mobility of the individuals of a society by knowing, = understanding,=20 manipulating, and attacking their sources of natural and = social=20 energy, and their physical, mental, and emotional strengths = and=20 weaknesses.

THEORETICAL INTRODUCTION

"Give me control over a = nation's=20 currency, and I care not who makes its laws."

Mayer Amschel Rothschild=20 (1743-1812)

Today's silent weapons = technology is an=20 outgrowth of a simple idea discovered, succinctly expressed, = and=20 effectively applied by the quoted Mr. Mayor Amschel = Rothschild. Mr.=20 Rothschild discovered the missing passive component of = economic=20 theory known as economic inductance. He, of course, did not = think of=20 his discovery in these 20th century terms, and to be sure,=20 mathematical analysis had to wait for the Second Industrial=20 Revolution, the rise of the theory of mechanics and = electronics, and=20 finally, the invention of the electronic computer before it = could be=20 effectively applied in the control of the world = economy.

GENERAL ENERGY CONCEPTS

In the study of energy = systems, there=20 always appear three elementary concepts. These are potential = energy,=20 kinetic energy, and energy dissipation. And corresponding to = these=20 concepts, there are three idealized, essentially pure = physical=20 counterparts, called passive components.

(1) In the science of = physical=20 mechanics, the phenomenon of of potential energy is = associated with=20 a physical property called elasticity or stiffness, and can = be=20 represented by a stretched spring.

In electronic science, = potential energy=20 is stored in a capacitor instead of a spring. This property = is=20 called capacitance instead of elasticity or = stiffness.

(2) In the science of = physical=20 mechanics, the phenomenon of kinetic energy is associated = with a=20 physical property called inertia or mass and can be = represented by a=20 mass or a flywheel in motion.

In electronic science, = kinetic energy=20 is stored in an inductor (in a magnetic field) instead of a = mass.=20 This property is called inductance instead of = inertia.

(3) In the science of = physical=20 mechanics, the phenomenon of energy dissipation is = associated with a=20 physical property called friction or resistance, and can be=20 represented by a dashpot or other device which converts = system=20 energy into heat.

In electronic science, = dissipation of=20 energy is performed by an element called either a resistor = or a=20 conductor, the term 'resistor' being the one generally used = to=20 express the concept of friction, and the term 'conductor' = being=20 generally used to describe a more ideal device (e.g., wire) = employed=20 to convey electric energy efficiently from one location to = another.=20 The property of a resistor or conductor is measured as = either=20 resistance or conductance, reciprocals.

In economics these three = energy=20 concepts are associated with:

(1) Economic Capacitance -- = Capital=20 (money, stock/inventory, investments in building and = durables,=20 etc.)

(2) Economic Conductance -- = Goods=20 (production flow coefficients)

(3) Economic Inductance -- = Services=20 (the influence of the population of industry on = output).

All of the mathematical = theory=20 developed in the study of one energy system, (e.g., = mechanics,=20 electronics, etc.) can be immediately applied in the study = of any=20 other energy system (e.g., economics).

MR. ROTHSCHILD'S ENERGY DISCOVERY

What Mr. Rothschild had = discovered was=20 the basic principle of power, influence, and control over = people as=20 applied to economics. That principle is "when you assume the = appearance of power, people soon give it to you".

Mr. Rothschild had = discovered that=20 currency or deposit loan accounts had the required = appearance of=20 power that could be used to induce people (inductance, with = people=20 corresponding to a magnetic field) into surrendering their = real=20 wealth in exchange for a promise of greater wealth (instead = of real=20 compensation). They would put up real collateral in exchange = for a=20 loan of promissory notes. Mr. Rothschild found that he could = issue=20 more notes than he had backing for, so long as he had = someone's=20 stock of gold as a persuader to show to his = customers.

Mr. Rothschild loaned his = promissory=20 notes to individuals and to governments. These would create=20 over-confidence. Then he would make money scarce, tighten = control of=20 the system, and collect his collateral through the = obligation of=20 contracts. The cycle was then repeated. These pressures = could be=20 used to ignite a war. Then he would control the availability = of=20 currency to determine who would win the war. That government = which=20 agreed to give him control of its economic system got his = support.=20 Collection of debts was guaranteed by economic aid to the = enemy of=20 the debtor. The profit derived from this economic = methodology made=20 Mr. Rothschild all the more wealthy and all the more able to = extend=20 his wealth. He found that the public greed would allow = currency to=20 be printed by government order beyond the limits (inflation) = of=20 backing in precious metal or the production of goods and = services=20 (gross national product, GNP).

APPARENT CAPITAL AS "PAPER" INDUCTOR

In this structure, credit, = presented as=20 a pure circuit element called "currency", has the appearance = of=20 capital, but is, in fact, negative capital. Hence, it has = the=20 appearance of service, but is, in fact, indebtedness or = debt. It is=20 therefore an economic inductance instead of an economic = capacitance,=20 and if balanced in no other way, will be balanced by the = negation of=20 population (war, genocide). The total goods and services = represents=20 real capital called the gross national product, and currency = may be=20 printed up to this level and still represent economic = capacitance;=20 but currency printed beyond this level is subtractive, = represents=20 the introduction of economic inductance, and constitutes = notes of=20 indebtedness. War is therefore the balancing of the system = by=20 killing the true creditors (the public which we have taught = to=20 exchange true value for inflated currency) and falling back = on=20 whatever is left of the resources of nature and the = regeneration of=20 those resources.

Mr. Rothschild had = discovered that=20 currency gave him the power to rearrange the economic = structure to=20 his own advantage,, to shift economic inductance to those = economic=20 positions which would encourage the greatest economic = instability=20 and oscillation.

The final key to economic = control had=20 to wait until there was sufficient data and high speed = computing=20 equipment to keep close watch on the economic oscillations = created=20 by price shocking and excess paper energy credits -- (paper=20 inductance/inflation).

BREAKTHROUGH

The aviation field provided = the=20 greatest evolution in economic engineering by way of the=20 mathematical theory of shock testing. In this process, a = projectile=20 is fired from an airframe on the ground and the impulse of = the=20 recoil is monitored by vibration transducers connected to = the=20 airframe and wired to chart recorders. By studying the = echoes or=20 reflections of the recoil impulse in the airframe, it is = possible to=20 discover critical vibrations in the structure of the = airframe which=20 either vibrations of the negine or aeolian vibrations of the = wings,=20 or a combination of the two, might reinforce resulting in a = reconant=20 self-destruction of the airframe in flight as an aircraft. = From the=20 standpoint of engineering, this means that the strengths and = weaknesses of the structure of the airframe in terms of = vibrational=20 energy can be discovered and manipulated.

APPLICATION IN ECONOMICS

To use this method of = airframe shock=20 testing in economic engineering, the prices of commodities = are=20 shocked, and the public consumer reaction is monitored. The=20 resulting echoes of the economic shock are interpreted = theoretically=20 by computers and the psycho-economic structure of the = economy is=20 thus discovered. It is by this process that partial = differential and=20 difference matricos are discovered that define the family = household=20 and make possible its evolution as an economic industry = (dissipative=20 consumer structure). Then the response of the household to = future=20 shocks can be predicted and manipulated, and society becomes = a well=20 regulated animal with its reins under the control of a = sophisticated=20 computer-regulated social energy bookkeeping = system.

Eventually every individual = element of=20 the structure comes under computer control through a = knowledge of=20 personal preferences, such knowledge guaranteed by computer=20 association of consumer preferences (universal product code = -- UPC=20 -- zebra stripe pricing codes on packages) with identified = consumers=20 (identified via association with the use of a credit card = and later=20 a permanent 'tattooed' body number invisible under normal = ambient=20 illumination.

SUMMARY

Economics is only a social = extension of=20 a natural energy system. It, also, has its three passive = components.=20 Because of the distribution of wealth and the lack of = communication=20 and consequent lack of data, this field has been the last = energy=20 field for which a knowledge of these three passive = components has=20 been developed.

Since energy is the key to = all activity=20 on the face of the earth, it follows that in order to attain = a=20 monopoly of energy, raw materials, goods, and services and = to=20 establish a world system of slave labor, it is necessary to = have a=20 first strike capability in the field of economics. In order = to=20 maintain our position, it is necessary that we have absolute = first=20 knowledge of the science of control over all economic = factors and=20 the first experience at engineering the world = economy.

In order to achieve such = sovereignty,=20 we must at least achieve this one end: that the public will = not make=20 either the logical or mathematical connection between = economics and=20 the other energy sciences or learn to apply such=20 knowledge.

This is becoming = increasingly difficult=20 to control because more and more businesses are making = demands upon=20 their computer programmers to create and apply mathematical = models=20 for the management of those businesses.

It is only a matter of time = before the=20 new breed of private programmer/economists will catch on to = the far=20 reaching implications of the work begun at Harvard in 1948. = The=20 speed with which they can communicate their warning to the = public=20 will largely depend upon how effective we have been at = controlling=20 the media, subverting education, and keeping the public = distracted=20 with matters of no real importance.

THE ECONOMIC MODEL

Economics, as a social = energy science=20 has as a first objective the description of the complex way = in which=20 any given unit of resources is used to satisfy some economic = want.=20 (Leontief Matrix) The first objective, when it is extended = to get=20 the most product from the least or limited resources, = comprises that=20 objective of general military) and industrial logistics = known as=20 Operations Research. (See simplex method of linear=20 programming.)

The Harvard Economic = Research Project=20 (1948-) was an extension of World War II Operations = Research. Its=20 purpose was to discover the science of controlling an = economy; at=20 first the American economy, and then the world economy. It = was felt=20 that with sufficient mathematical foundation and data, it = would be=20 nearly as easy to predict and control the trend of an = economy as to=20 predict and control the trajectory of a projectile. Such as = proven=20 to be the case. Moreover, the economy has been transformed = into a=20 guided missile on target.

The immediate aim of the = Harvard=20 project was to discover the economic structure, what forces = change=20 that structure, how the behavior of the structure can be = predicted,=20 and how it can be manipulated. What was needed was a well = organized=20 knowledge of the mathematical structures and = interrelationships of=20 investment, production, distribution, and consumption. To = make a=20 short story of it all, it was discovered than an economy = obeyed the=20 same, laws as electricity and that all of the mathematical = theory=20 and practical and computer know-how developed for the = electronic=20 field could be directly applied in the study of economics. = This=20 discovery was not openly declared, and its more subtle = implications=20 were and are kept a closely guarded secret, for example that = in an=20 economic model, human life is measured in dollars, and that = the=20 electric spark generated when opening a switch connected to = an=20 active inductor in mathematically analogous to the = initiation of a=20 war.

The greatest hurdle which = theoretical=20 economists faced was the accurate description of the = household as an=20 industry. This is a challenge, because consumer purchases = are a=20 matter of choice which in turn is influenced by income, = price, and=20 other economic factors.

This hurdle was cleared in = an indirect=20 and statistically approximate way by an application of shock = testing=20 to determine the current characteristics, called current = technical=20 coefficients, of a household industry.

Finally, because problems = in=20 theoretical economics can be translated very easily into = problems in=20 theoretical electronics, and the solution translated back = again, it=20 follows that only a book of language translation and concept = definition needed to be written for economics. The remainder = could=20 be gotten from standard works on mathematics and = electronics. This=20 makes the publication of books on advanced economics = unnecessary,=20 and greatly simplifies project security.

INDUSTRIAL DIAGRAMS

An ideal industry is = defined as a=20 device which receives value from other industries in several = forms=20 and converts it into one specific product for sales and = distribution=20 to other industries. It has several inputs and one output. = What the=20 public normally thinks of as one industry is really an = industrial=20 complex where several industries under one roof produce one = or more=20 products.

The flow of product from = industry #1=20 (supply) to industry #2 (demand) is denoted by 112. The = total flow=20 out of industry 'K' is denoted by I k . (sales, = etc.)

A node is a symbol of = collection and=20 distribution of flow. Node #3 receives from industry #3 and=20 distributes to industries #1 through #3. If industry #3 = manufactures=20 chairs, then a flow from Industry #3 back to industry #3 = simply=20 indicates that industry #3 is using part of its own output = product,=20 for example, as office furniture. Therefore, the flow may be = summarized by the equations:

THREE INDUSTRIAL CLASSES

Industries fell into three = categories=20 or class by type of output.

Class #1 - Capital=20 (resources)

Class #2 - Goods = (commodities or use -=20 dissipative)

Class #3 - Services (action = of=20 population)

Class # 1 Industries exist = at three=20 levels

(1) Nature - sources of = energy and=20 raw materials.

(2) Government - printing = of currency=20 equal to gross national product (GNP), and extension of = currency=20 in excess of GNP.

(3) Banking - loaning of = money for=20 interest, and extension (counterfeiting) of economic value = through=20 deposit loan account - inflation.

Class # 2 industries exist = as producers=20 of tangible or consumer (dissipated) products. This sort of = activity=20 is usually recognized and labeled by the public as an=20 'industry'.

Class # 3 industries are = those which=20 have service rather than a tangible product as their output. = These=20 industries are called (1) households, and (2) governments. = Their=20 output is human activity of a mechanical sort, and their = basis is=20 population.

AGGREGATION

The whole economic system = can be=20 represented by a three industry model if one allows the = names of the=20 outputs to be (1) capital, (2) goods, and (3) services. The = problem=20 with this representation is that it would not show the = influence of,=20 say, the textile industry on the ferrous metal industry. = This is=20 because both the textile industry and the ferrous metal = industry=20 would be contained within a single classification called the = 'goods=20 industry' and by this process of combining or aggregating = these two=20 industries under one system block they would lose their = economic=20 individuality.

THE E-MODEL

A national economy consists = of=20 simultaneous flows of production, distribution, consumption, = and=20 investment. If all of these elements including labor and = human=20 functions are assigned a numerical value in like units of = measure,=20 say, 1939 dollars, on this flow can be further represented = by a=20 current flow in an electronic circuit, and its behavior can = be=20 predicted and manipulated with useful precision.

The three ideal passive = energy=20 components of electronics, the capacitor, the resistor, and = the=20 inductor correspond to the three ideal passive energy = components of=20 economics called the pure industries of capital, goods, and=20 services, resp..

Economic capacitance = represents the=20 storage of capital in one form or another.

Economic conductance = represents the=20 level of conductance of materials for the production of=20 goods.

Economic inductance = represents the=20 inertia of economic value in motion. This is a population = phenomenon=20 known as services.

ECONOMIC INDUCTANCE

An electrical inductor = (e.g., a coil of=20 wire) has an electric current as its primary phenomenon and = a=20 magnetic field as its secondary phenomenon (inertia). = Corresponding=20 to this, an economic inductor has a flow of economic value = as its=20 primary phenomenon and a population field as its secondary=20 phenomenon of inertia. When the flow of economic value = (e.g., money)=20 diminishes, the human population field collapses in order to = keep=20 the economic value (money) flowing (extreme case - = war).

The public inertia is a = result of=20 consumer buying habits, expected standard of living, etc., = and is=20 generally a phenomenon of self-preservation.

INDUCTIVE FACTORS TO CONSIDER

(1) Population

(2) magnitude of the = economic=20 activities of the government.

(3) the method of financing = these=20 government activities (see Peter-Paul Principle-inflation of = the=20 currency)

TRANSLATION

(A few examples will be given.)

TIME-FLOW RELATIONSHIPS AND SELF-DESTRUCTIVE=20 OSCILLATIONS

An ideal industry may be = symbolized=20 electronically in various ways. The simplest way is to = represent a=20 demand by a voltage and a supply by a current. When this is = done,=20 the relationship between the two becomes what is called an=20 admittance, which can result from three economic factors: = (1)=20 hindsight flow, 2) present flow, and (3) foresight = flow.

Foresight flow is the = result of that=20 property of living entities to cause energy (food) to be = stored for=20 a period of low energy (e.g., a winter season). It consists = of=20 demands made upon an economic system for that period of low = energy=20 (winter season). In a production industry it takes several = forms,=20 one of which is known as production stock or inventory. In=20 electronic symbology this specific industry demand (a pure = capital=20 industry) is represented by capacitance and the stock or = resource is=20 represented by a stored charge. Satisfaction of an industry = demand=20 suffers a lag because of the loading effect of inventory=20 priorities.

Present flow ideally = involves no=20 delays. It is, so to speak, input today for output today, a = 'hand to=20 mouth' flow. In electronic symbology, this specific industry = demand=20 (a pure use industry) is represented by a conductance which = is then=20 a simple economic valve (a dissipative element).

Hindsight flow is known as = habit or=20 inertia. In electronics, this phenomenon is the = characteristic of an=20 inductor (economic analog =3D a pure service industry) in = which a=20 current flow (economic analog =3D flow of money) creates a = magnetic=20 field (economic analog =3D active human population) which, = if the=20 current (money flow) begins to diminish, collapses (war) to = maintain=20 the current (flow of money -- energy).

Other large alternatives to = war as=20 economic inductors or economic flywheels are an open-ended = social=20 welfare program, or enormous (but fruitful) open-ended space = program.

The problem with = stabilizing the=20 economic system is that there is too much demand on account = of (1)=20 too much greed and (2) too much population.

This creates excessive = economic=20 inductance which can only be balanced with economic = capacitance=20 (true resources or value - e.g. in goods or services). The = social=20 welfare program is nothing more than an open-ended credit = balance=20 system which creates a false capital industry to give = non-productive=20 people a roof over their heads and food in their stomachs. = This can=20 be useful, however, because the recipients become state = property, in=20 return for the 'gift', a standing array for the elite. For = he who=20 pays the piper, picks the tune. Those who get hooked on the = economic=20 drug, must go to the elite for a fix. In this, the method of = introducing large amounts of stabilizing capacitance is by = borrowing=20 on the future 'credit' of the world. This is a fourth law of = motion=20 -- onset, and consists of performing an action and leaving = the=20 system before the reflected reaction returns to the point of = action=20 -- a delayed reaction. The means of surviving the reaction = is by=20 changing the system before the reaction can return. By this = means,=20 politicians become popular in their own time and the public = pays for=20 it later. In fact the measure of such a politician is the = delay=20 time. The same thing is achieved by a government by printing = money=20 beyond the limit of the gross national product, an economic = process=20 called inflation. This puts a large quantity of money into = the hands=20 of the public and maintains a balance against their greed, = creates a=20 false self-confidence in them and, for a while, stays the = wolf from=20 the door.

They must eventually resort = to war to=20 balance the account, because war ultimately is merely the = act to=20 keep the responsibility and blood off the public conscience. = (See=20 section on consent factors and social-economic=20 structuring.)

If the people really cared = about their=20 fellow man, they would control their appetites (greed, = procreation,=20 etc.) so that they would not have to operate on a credit or = welfare=20 social system which steals from this worker to satisfy the=20 bum.

Since most of the general = public will=20 not exercise restraint, there are only two alternatives to = reduce=20 the economic inductance of the system.

(1) Let the populace = bludgeon each=20 other to death in war, which will only result in a total = destruction=20 of the living earth.

(2) Take control of the = world by the=20 use of economic 'silent weapons' in a form of 'quiet = warfare', and=20 reduce the economic inductance of the world to a safe level = by a=20 process of benevolent slavery and genocide.

The latter option has been = taken as the=20 obviously better option. At this point it should be crystal = clear to=20 the reader why absolute secrecy about the silent weapons is=20 necessary. The general public refuses to improve its own = mentality=20 and its faith in its fellow man. It has become a herd of=20 proliferating barbarians, and, so' to speak, a blight upon = the fate=20 of the earth. They do not care enough about economic science = to=20 learn why they have not been able to avoid war despite = religious=20 morality, and their religious or self-gratifying refusal to = deal=20 with earthly problems renders the solution of the earthly = problem=20 unreachable by them. It is left to those few who are truly = willing=20 to think and survive as the fittest to survive, to solve the = problem=20 for themselves as the few who really care. Otherwise, = exposure of=20 the silent weapon would destroy our only hope of preserving = the seed=20 of future true humanity.

THE HOUSEHOLD INDUSTRY

The industries of finance = (banking),=20 manufacturing, and government, real counterparts of the pure = industries of capital, goods, and services, are easily = defined=20 because they are generally logically structured. Because of = this=20 their processes can be described mathematically and their = technical=20 coefficients can be easily deduced. This, however, is not = the case=20 with the service industry known as the household=20 industry.

HOUSEHOLD MODELS

When the industry flow = diagram is=20 represented by a 2-block system of households on the right = and all=20 other industries on the left, the following = results.

(labor, etc.)

The arrows from left to = right labeled=20 A, B, C, etc., denote flow of economic value from the = industries in=20 the left hand block to the industry in the right hand block = called=20 'households'. These may be thought of as the monthly = consumer flows=20 of the following commodities. A - alcoholic beverages, B - = beef, C -=20 coffee, ..., U - unknown, etc..

The problem which a = theoretical=20 economist faces is that the consumer preferences of any = household is=20 not easily predictable and the technical coefficients of any = one=20 household tend to be a non-linear, very complex, and = variable=20 function income, prices, etc.

Computer information = derived from the=20 use of the universal product code in conjunction with credit = card=20 purchase as an individual household identifier could change = this=20 state of affairs. But the U.P.C. method is not yet available = on a=20 national or even a significant regional scale. To compensate = for=20 this data deficiency, an alternate indirect approach of = analysis has=20 been adopted known as economic shock testing. This method, = widely=20 used in the aircraft manufacturing industry develops an = aggregate=20 statistical sort of data.

Applied to economics, this = means that=20 all of the households in one region or in the whole nation = are=20 studied as a group or class rather than individually, and = the mass=20 behavior rather than individual behavior is used to discover = useful=20 estimates of the technical coefficients governing the = economic=20 structure of the hypothetical single household = industry.

Notice in the industry flow = diagram=20 that the values for the flows A,B,C, etc., are accessible to = measurement in terms of selling prices and total sales of=20 commodities.

One method of evaluating = the technical=20 coefficients of the household industry depends upon shocking = the=20 prices of a commodity and noting the changes in the sales of = all of=20 the commodities.

ECONOMIC SHOCK TESTING

In recent times, the = application of=20 Operations Research to the study of the public economy has = been=20 obvious for anyone who understands the principles of shock=20 testing.

In the shock testing of an = aircraft=20 airframe, the recoil impulse of firing a gun mounted on that = airframe causes shock waves in that structure which tell = aviation=20 engineers the conditions under which parts of the airplane = or the=20 whole airplane or its wings will start to vibrate or flutter = like a=20 guitar string, a flute reed, or a tuning fork, and = disintegrate or=20 fall apart in flight.

Economic engineers achieve = the same=20 result in studying the behavior of the economy and the = consumer=20 public by carefully selecting a staple commodity such as = beef,=20 coffee, gasoline, or sugar and then causing a sudden change = or shock=20 in its price or availability, thus kicking everybody's = budget and=20 buying habits out of shape.

They then observe the shock = waves which=20 result by monitoring the changes in advertising, prices, and = sales=20 of that and other commodities.

The objective of such = studies is to=20 acquire know-how to set the public economy into a = predictable state=20 of motion or change, even a controlled self-destructive = state of=20 motion which will convince the public that certain "expert" = people=20 should take control of the money system and reestablish = security=20 (rather than liberty and justice) for all. When the subject = citizens=20 are rendered unable to control their financial affairs, they = of=20 course, become totally enslaved, a source of cheap = labor.

Not only the prices of = commodities, but=20 also the availability of labor can be used as the means of = shock=20 testing. Labor strikes deliver excellent test shocks to an = economy,=20 especially in the critical service areas of trucking=20 (transportation), communication, public utilities (energy, = water,=20 garbage collection), etc.

By shock testing, it is = found that=20 there is a direct relationship between the availability of = money=20 flowing in an economy and the psychological outlook and = response of=20 masses of people dependent upon that = availability.

For example, there is a = measurable,=20 quantitative relationship between the price of gasoline, and = the=20 probability that a person would experience a headache, feel = a need=20 to watch a violent movie, smoke a cigarette, or go to a = tavern for a=20 mug of beer.

It is most interesting = that, by=20 observing and measuring the economic modes by which the = public tries=20 to run from their problems and escape from reality, and by = applying=20 the mathematical theory of Operations Research, it is = possible to=20 program computers to predict the most probable combination = of=20 created events (shocks) which will bring about a complete = control=20 and subjugation of the public through a subversion of the = public=20 economy (by shaking the plum tree).

INTRODUCTION TO THE THEORY OF ECONOMIC SHOCK=20 TESTING

Let the prices and total = sales of=20 commodities be given and symbolized as follows.

Let us assume a simple = economic model=20 in which the total number of important (staple) commodities = are=20 represented as beef, gasoline, and an aggregate of all other = staple=20 commodities which we will call the hypothetical = miscellaneous staple=20 commodity 'M'. (e.g., M is an aggregate of C, S, T, U,=20 etc..)

INTRODUCTION TO ECONOMIC AMPLIFIERS

Economic amplifiers are the = active=20 components of economic engineering. The basic characteristic = of any=20 amplifier, (mechanical, electrical, or economic) is that it = receives=20 an input control signal and delivers energy from an = independent=20 energy, source to a specified output terminal in a = predictable=20 relationship to that input control signal.

The simplest form of = economic amplifier=20 is a device called advertising.

If a person is spoken to by = a T.V.=20 advertiser as if he were a twelve year old, then, due to=20 suggestibility, he will, with a certain probability, respond = or=20 react to that suggestion with the uncritical response of a = twelve=20 year old and will reach into his economic reservoir and = deliver its=20 energy to buy that product on impulse when he passes it in = the=20 store.

An economic amplifier may = have several=20 inputs and outputs. Its response might be instantaneous or = delayed.=20 Its circuit symbol might be a rotary switch if its options = are=20 exclusive, qualitative, 'go' or 'no go', or it might have = its=20 parametric input/output relationships specified by a matrix = with=20 internal energy sources represented.

Whatever its form might be, = its purpose=20 is to govern the flow of energy from a source to an output = sink in=20 direct relationship to an input control signal. For this = reason, it=20 is called an active circuit element or component.

Economic Amplifiers fall = into classes=20 called strategies, and in comparison with electronic = amplifiers, the=20 specific internal functions or an economic amplifier are = called=20 logistical instead of electrical.

Therefore, economic = amplifiers not only=20 deliver power gain, but also, in effect, are used to cause = changes=20 in the economic circuitry.

In the design of an = economic amplifier=20 we must have some idea of at least five functions, which=20 are:

(1) the available input=20 signals,

(2) the desired output = control=20 objectives,

(3) the strategic = objective,

(4) the available economic = power=20 sources,

(5) the logistical = options.

The process of defining and = evaluating=20 these factors and incorporating the economic amplifier into = an=20 economic system has been popularly called game = theory.

The design of an economic = amplifier=20 begins with a specification of the power level of the = output, which=20 can range from personal to national. The second condition is = accuracy of response, i.e., how accurately the output action = is a=20 function of the input commands. High gain combined with = strong=20 feedback helps to deliver the required precision. Most of = the error=20 will be in the input data signal. Personal input data tends = to be=20 specific, while national input data tends to be=20 statistical.

DIVERSION, THE PRIMARY STRATEGY

Experience has proven that = the simplest=20 method of securing a silent weapon and gaining control of = the public=20 is to keep the public undisciplined and ignorant of basic = systems=20 principles on the one hand, while keeping them confused,=20 disorganized, and distracted with matters of no real = importance on=20 the other hand.

This is achieved = by:

(1) Disengaging their = minds, sabotaging=20 their mental activities, by providing a low quality program = of=20 public education in mathematics, logic, systems design, and=20 economics, and by discouraging technical = creativity.

(2) Engaging their = emotions, increasing=20 their self-indulgence and their indulgence in emotional and = physical=20 activities, by:

(a) unrelenting emotional = affrontations and attacks (mental and emotional rape) by = way of a=20 constant barrage of sex, violence, and wars in the media - = especially the T.V. and the newspapers.

(b) giving them what they = desire - in=20 excess - "junk food for thought" and depriving them of = what they=20 really need.

(3) Rewriting history and = law and=20 subjecting the public to the deviant creation, thus being = able to=20 shift their thinking from personal needs to highly = fabricated=20 outside priorities.

These preclude their = interest in and=20 discovery of the silent weapons of social automation=20 technology.

The general rule is that = there is=20 profit in confusion; the more confusion, the more profit. = Therefore,=20 the best approach is to create problems and then offer the=20 solutions.

DIVERSION SUMMARY

MEDIA: Keep the adult = public attention=20 diverted away from the real social issues, and captivated by = matters=20 of no real importance.

SCHOOLS: Keep the young = public ignorant=20 of real mathematics, real economics, real law, and real=20 history.

ENTERTAINMENT: Keep the = public=20 entertainment below a sixth grade level.

WORK: Keep the public busy, = busy, busy,=20 with no time to think; back on the farm with the other=20 animals.

CONSENT, THE PRIMARY VICTORY

A silent weapon system = operates upon=20 data obtained from a docile public by legal (but not always = lawful)=20 force. Much information is made available to silent weapon = systems=20 programmers through the Internal Revenue Service . (See = "Studies In=20 The Structure Of The American Economy" for an I.R.S. source = list.)=20 This information consists of the enforced delivery of well = organized=20 data contained in federal and state tax forms collected, = assembled,=20 and submitted by slave labor provided by taxpayers and = employers.=20 Furthermore, the number of such forms submitted to the = I.R.S. is a=20 useful indicator of public consent, an important factor in = strategic=20 decision making. Other data sources are given in the "Short = List Of=20 Inputs.

Consent Coefficients: = numerical=20 feedback indicating victory status. Psychological = basis:

When the government is = able to=20 collect tax and seize private property without just = compensation,=20 it is an indication that the public is ripe for surrender = and is=20 consenting to enslavement and legal encroachment. A good = and=20 easily quantified indicator of harvest time is the number = of=20 public citizens who pay income = tax.

AMPLIFICATION ENERGY SOURCES

The next step in the = process of=20 designing as economic amplifier is discovering the energy = sources.=20 The energy sources which support any primitive economic = system are,=20 of course, a supply of raw materials, and the consent of the = people=20 to labor and consequently assume a certain rank, position, = level, or=20 class in the social structure; i.e., to provide labor at = various=20 levels in the pecking order.

Each class, in guaranteeing = its own=20 level of income, controls the class immediately below it, = hence=20 preserves the class structure. This provides stability and = security,=20 but also government from the top.

As time goes on and = communication and=20 education improve, the lower class elements of the social = labor=20 structure become knowledgeable and envious of the good = things that=20 the upper class members have. They also begin to attain a = knowledge=20 of energy systems and the ability to enforce their rise = through the=20 class structure.

This threatens the = sovereignty of the=20 elite.

If this rise of the lower = classes can=20 be postponed long enough, the elite can achieve energy = dominance,=20 and labor by consent no longer will hold a position of an = essential=20 economic energy source.

Until such energy dominance = is=20 absolutely established, the consent of people to labor and = let=20 others handle their affairs must be taken into = consideration, since=20 failure to do so could cause the people to interfere in the = final=20 transfer of energy sources to the control of the = elite.

It is essential to = recognize that at=20 this time, public consent is still an essential key to the = release=20 of energy in the process of economic = amplification.

Therefore, consent as an = energy release=20 mechanism will now be considered.

LOGISTICS

The successful application = of a=20 strategy requires a careful study of inputs, outputs, the = strategy=20 connecting the inputs and the outputs, and the available = energy=20 sources to fuel the strategy. This study is called=20 logistics.

A logistical problem is = studied at the=20 elementary level first, and then levels of greater = complexity are=20 studied as a synthesis of elementary factors.

This means that a given = system is=20 analyzed, i.e., broken down into its sub-systems, and these = in turn=20 are analyzed, until, by this process, one arrives at the = logistical=20 'atom', the individual.

This is where the process = of syntheses=20 properly begins, at the time of the birth of the=20 individual.

THE ARTIFICIAL WOMB

From the time a person = leaves its=20 mother's womb, its every effort is directed toward building, = maintaining, and withdrawing into artificial wombs, various = sorts of=20 substitute protective devices or shells.

The objective of these = artificial wombs=20 is to provide a stable environment for both stable and = unstable=20 activity; to provide a shelter for the evolutionary = processes of=20 growth, and maturity - i.e., survival; to provide security = for=20 freedom and to provide defensive protection for offensive=20 activity.

THE POLITICAL STRUCTURE OF A NATION - = DEPENDENCY

The primary reason why the = individual=20 citizens of a country create a political structure is a = subconscious=20 wish or desire to perpetuate their own dependency = relationship of=20 childhood.

Simply put, they want a = human god to=20 eliminate all risk from their life, pat them on the head, = kiss their=20 bruises, put a chicken on every dinner table, clothe their = bodies,=20 tuck them into bed at night, and tell them that everything = will be=20 alright when they wake up in the morning.

This public demand is = incredible, so=20 the human god, the political, meets incredibility with = incredibility=20 by promising the world and delivering nothing. So who is the = bigger=20 liar?, the public?, or the 'godfather'?

This public behavior is = surrender born=20 of fear, laziness and expediency. It is the basis of the = welfare=20 state as a strategic weapon, useful against a disgusting=20 public.

ACTION/OFFENSE

Most people want to be able = to subdue=20 and/or kill other human beings which disturb their daily = lives, but=20 they do not want to have to cope with the moral and = religious issues=20 which such an overt act on their part might raise. = Therefore, they=20 assign the  dirty work to others (including their own = children)=20 so as to keep the blood off their own hands. They rave about = the=20 humane treatment of animals and then sit down to a delicious = hamburger from a whitewashed slaughterhouse down the street = and out=20 of sight. But even more hypocritical, they pay taxes to = finance a=20 professional association of hit men collectively called = politicians,=20 and then complain about corruption in government.

RESPONSIBILITY

Again, most people want to = be free to=20 do things (to explore, etc.) but they are afraid to = fail.

The fear of failure is = manifested in=20 irresponsibility, and especially in delegating those = personal=20 responsibilities to others where success is uncertain or = carries=20 possible or created liabilities (law) which the person is = not=20 prepared to accept.

They want authority (root = word -=20 'author'), but they will not accept responsibility or = liability.=20 They hire politicians to face reality for them.

SUMMARY

The people hire the = politicians so that=20 the people can:

(1) obtain security without = managing=20 it.

(2) obtain action without = thinking=20 about it.

(3) inflict theft, injury, = and death=20 upon others without having to contemplate either life or=20 death.

(4) avoid responsibility = for their own=20 intentions.

(5) obtain the benefits of = reality and=20 science without exerting themselves in the discipline of = facing or=20 learning either of these things.

They give the politicians = the power to=20 create and manage a war machine to:

(1) provide for the = survival of the=20 NATION/WOMB.

(2) prevent encroachment of = anything of=20 anything upon the NATION/WOMB.

(3) destroy the enemy who = threatens the=20 NATION/WOMB.

(4) destroy those citizens = of their own=20 country who do not conform for the sake of stability of the=20 NATION/WOMB.

Politicians hold many = quasi-military=20 jobs, the lowest being the police which are soldiers, the = attorneys=20 and the C.P.A.s next who are spies and saboteurs (licensed), = and the=20 judges who shout the orders and run the closed union = military shop=20 for whatever the market will bear. The generals are = industrialists.=20 The 'presidential' level of commander-in-chief is shared by = the=20 international bankers. The people know that they have = created this=20 farce and financed it with their own taxes (consent), but = they would=20 rather knuckle under than be the hypocrite.

Thus, a nation becomes = divided into two=20 very distinct parts, a DOCILE SUB-NATION and a POLITICAL = SUB-NATION.=20 The political sub-nation remains attached to the docile = sub-nation,=20 tolerates it, and leaches its substance until it grows = strong enough=20 to detach itself and devour its parent.

SYSTEM ANALYSIS

In order to make meaningful = computerized economic decisions about war, the primary = economic=20 flywheel, it is necessary to assign concrete logistical = values to=20 each element of the war structure -- personnel and material=20 alike.

This process begins with a = clear and=20 candid description of the sub-systems of such a=20 structure.

THE DRAFT (As military service)

Few efforts of human = behavior=20 modification are more remarkable or more effective than that = of the=20 socio-military institution known as the draft. A primary = purpose of=20 a draft or other such institution is to instill, by = intimidation, in=20 the young males of a society the uncritical conviction that = the=20 government is omnipotent. He is soon taught that a prayer is = slow to=20 reverse what a bullet can do in an instant. Thus, a man = trained in a=20 religious environment for eighteen years of his life can, by = this=20 instrument of the government, be broken down, be purged of = his=20 fantasies and delusions in a matter of mere months. Once = that=20 conviction is instilled, all else becomes easy to=20 instill.

Even more interesting is = the process by=20 which a young man's parents, who purportedly love him, can = be=20 induced to send him off to war to his death. Although the = scope of=20 this work will not allow this matter to be expanded in full = detail,=20 nevertheless, a course overview will be possible and can = serve to=20 reveal those factors which must be included in some = numerical form=20 in a computer analysis of social and war systems.

We begin with a tentative = definition of=20 the draft.

The draft: (selective = service, etc.)=20 is an institution of compulsory collective sacrifice and = slavery,=20 devised by the middle aged and the elderly for the purpose = of=20 pressing the young into doing the public dirty work. It = further=20 serves to make the youth as guilty as the elders, thus = making=20 criticism of the elders by the youth less likely = (Generational=20 Stabilizer). It is marketed and sold to the public under = the label=20 of "patriotic - national" service.

Once a candid economic = definition of=20 the draft is achieved, that definition is used to outline = the=20 boundaries of a structure called a Human Value System, which = in turn=20 is translated into the terms of game theory. The value of = such a=20 slave laborer is given in a Table of Human Values, a table = broken=20 down into categories by intellect, experience, post service = job=20 demand, etc..

Some of these categories = are ordinary=20 and can be tentatively evaluated in terms of the value of = certain=20 jobs for which a known fee exists. Some jobs are harder to = value=20 because they are unique to the demands of social subversion, = for an=20 extreme example: the value of a mother's instruction to her = daughter=20 causing that daughter to put certain behavioral demands upon = a=20 future husband, ten or fifteen years hence, thus, by = suppressing his=20 resistance to a perversion of a government, making it easier = for a=20 banking cartel to buy the State of New York in, say, twenty=20 years.

Such a problem leans = heavily upon the=20 observations and the data of wartime espionage and many = types of=20 psychological testing. But crude mathematical models = (algorithms,=20 etc.) can be devised, if not to predict, at least to = predetermine=20 theme events with maximum certainty. What does not exist by = natural=20 cooperation is thus enhanced by calculated compulsion. Human = beings=20 are machines, levers which may be grasped and turned, and = there is=20 little real difference between automating a society and = automating a=20 shoe factory.

These derived values are = variable. (It=20 is necessary to use a current Table of Human Values for = computer=20 analysis.) These values are given in true measure rather = than U.S.=20 dollars, since the latter is unstable, being presently = inflated=20 beyond the production of national goods and services so as = to give=20 the economy a false kinetic energy ('paper' = inductance).

The silver value is stable, = it being=20 possible to buy the same amount with a gram of silver today = as could=20 be bought in 1920. Human value measured in silver units = changes=20 slightly due to changes in production technology.

ENFORCEMENT

FACTOR I

As in every social system = approach,=20 stability is achieved only by understanding and accounting = for=20 human nature (action/reaction patterns). A failure to do = so can=20 be, and usually is, disastrous. As in other human social = schemes,=20 one for or another of intimidation (or incentive) is = essential to=20 the success of the draft. Physical principles of action = and=20 reaction must be applied to both internal and external=20 sub-systems. To secure the draft, individual=20 brainwashing/programming and both the family unit and the = peer=20 group must be engaged and brought under=20 control.

FACTOR II FATHER

The man of the household = must be=20 house-broken to ensure that junior will grow up with the = right=20 social training and attitudes. The advertising media, = etc., are=20 engaged to see to it that father-to-be is pussy-whipped = before or=20 by the time he is married. He is taught that he either = conforms to=20 the social notch out for him or his sex life will be = hobbled and=20 his tender companionship will be zero. He is made to see = that=20 women demand security more than logical, principled, or = honorable=20 behavior. By the time his son must go to war, father (with = jelly=20 for a back bone) will slam a gun into junior's hand before = father=20 will risk the censure of his peers, or make a hypocrite of = himself=20 by crossing the investment he has in his own personal = opinion or=20 self-esteem. Junior will go to war or father will be = embarrassed.=20 So junior will go to war, the true purpose of the war=20 notwithstanding.

FACTOR III = MOTHER

The female element of = human society=20 is ruled by emotion first and logic second. In the battle = between=20 logic and imagination, imagination always wins, fantasy = prevails,=20 maternal instinct dominates so that the child comes first = and the=20 future comes second. A woman with a newborn baby is too=20 starry-eyed to see a wealthy man's cannon fodder or a = cheap source=20 of slave labor. A woman must, however, be conditioned to = accept=20 the transition to "reality" when it comes, or=20 sooner.

As the transition becomes = more=20 difficult to manage, the family unit must be carefully=20 disintegrated, and state controlled public education and = state=20 operated child care centers must become more common and = legally=20 enforced so as to begin the detachment of the child from = the=20 mother and the father at an earlier age. Inoculation of = behavioral=20 drugs can speed the transition for the child (mandatory). = CAUTION:=20 A woman's impulsive anger can override her fear. An irate = woman's=20 power must never be underestimated, and her power over a=20 pussy-whipped husband must likewise never be = underestimated. It=20 got women the vote in 1920.

FACTOR IV JUNIOR

The emotional pressure = for=20 self-preservation during time of war and the self-serving = attitude=20 of the common herd that have an option to avoid the = battlefield --=20 if junior can be persuaded to go -- is all of the pressure = finally=20 necessary to propel Johnny off to war. Their quiet black = mailings=20 of him are the threats: "No sacrifice, no friends; no = glory, no=20 girlfriends."

FACTOR V SISTER

And what about junior's = sister? She=20 is given all the good things of life by her father, and = taught to=20 expect the same from her future husband regardless of the=20 price.

FACTOR VI CATTLE

Those who will not use = their brains=20 are not better off than those who have no brains, and so = this=20 mindless school of jellyfish, father, mother, son, and = daughter,=20 become useful beasts of burden or trainers of the=20 same.

This concludes what is = available (and=20 what was found) of this government document.
